For All Prints (Canvas & Framed)
- Avoid the Sun's Gaze: While the sun inspired the photo, its direct rays can cause any artwork to fade over decades. To preserve the rich colors, please display your print away from harsh, direct sunlight.
- Dry & Stable Air: Keep your artwork in an environment with stable temperature and humidity (like any cherished piece of fine art). Avoid displaying near direct heat sources or in high-moisture rooms.
For Framed Fine Art Prints (Under Glass)
- Gentle Cleaning: To clean the glass, use a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth first (never directly onto the glass) to avoid liquid seepage into the frame.
For Canvas Prints (Over Wood Frame)
- Dusting: Your canvas will occasionally enjoy a light dusting. Use a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster. Never use liquid cleaners, polishes, or abrasives on the canvas surface.
- Protection: Avoid placing heavy objects against the canvas surface to prevent dents or damage to the tension of the frame.

Damaged Upon Arrival
We take great care in packaging shipments to ensure they arrive beautifully. However, if your product arrives with damage, please let us know within 48 hours. With a photo of the item, we can assess the damage and will happily arrange for a free replacement on our next available delivery date. In some cases, we may choose to offer a full refund instead.
