We are delighted that you've chosen to order from our imaginary meadow! We take great care in packaging our products and ensuring they arrive safely and in beautiful condition.
Do you ship everywhere in Canada?
Yes, we currently deliver our products within Canada. Please note, due to the delicate nature of some of our everlasting floral designs, these products are only available for local delivery within the Durham Region. This will be noted in the description for each product. You can also find these items, and more, for sale at any of the local markets we attend. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How are your shipping charges calculated?
We want your Imaginary Meadows purchase to arrive in perfect condition, just as beautiful as the day it was created. Because our handcrafted floral arrangements are delicate and require specialized care, they need specialized packaging and handling. This extra attention ensures their safe journey to you, we have taken this into consideration when calculating our shipping costs. Your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How will my order be delivered?
We partner with selected courier companies who have a proven track record for reliable delivery to ensure your purchase arrives in good condition. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which will allow you to track your package and communicate directly with the courier company regarding any delivery instructions.
What if I live in the Durham Region and want to order a local-delivery-only arrangement?
That's wonderful! You can certainly order any of our local-delivery-only arrangements. At checkout, simply choose the "local delivery" option. We'll be in touch with you directly to schedule a convenient time for your delivery. We're so excited to bring one of these unique pieces to your home!
What if I order a local-delivery-only arrangement for shipping outside of the Durham Region?
We understand that you may fall in love with a piece available only for local delivery. If you place an order for one of these unique arrangements and live outside of the Durham Region, we will reach out to you directly to arrange a full refund. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to help you find another beautiful piece from our collection that is available for shipping throughout Canada.
Can you guarantee that my delivery instructions will be followed?
While we do our best to provide your delivery instructions to the courier, we cannot guarantee that they will be followed. Delivery arrangements are between you and the courier company.
Why do you not deliver to P.O. boxes?
Due to the nature of our products and the need for a signature and/or safe delivery, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes. We want to ensure your purchase arrives safely and in perfect condition.
What if I provide the wrong delivery address?
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide in your order is accurate. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions, unless such loss or damage is caused by our negligence.
