Every piece that leaves Imaginary Meadows has been created, selected, and prepared with care. We hope what arrives feels just as special in your home as it did when you discovered it.

If something isn't quite right, please reach out. We're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and any accompanying materials.

Before sending anything back to us, please contact us at michele@imaginarymeadows.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We'll confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Exchanges

Because many Imaginary Meadows pieces are one of a kind, created in small batches, or available in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that the same piece will be available for an exchange.

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss the options currently available.

One-of-a-Kind, Bespoke & Final Sale Pieces

Some things in the Meadow are created especially for one person or exist only once.

Bespoke and custom-made pieces are final sale once work has begun, unless they arrive damaged or there has been an error on our part.

Any item that is not eligible for return will be clearly identified on its product page before purchase.

Natural Botanicals & Handmade Pieces

Part of the beauty of working with nature is that no two pieces are exactly alike.

Real preserved botanicals naturally vary in colour, shape, texture, size, and character. You may notice curled petals, variations in stems, subtle colour changes, or other evidence of the botanical's natural life.

These characteristics are not imperfections or defects. They are part of what makes each piece individual.

Similarly, handmade and artist-made objects may carry subtle variations that reflect how they were created.

Where a product is one of a kind, the photographs on the product page will show the actual piece you are purchasing whenever specified.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We take great care in preparing each order for its journey, but if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Email michele@imaginarymeadows.com with:

• your order number;
• photographs of the item and the damage; and
• photographs of the exterior and interior packaging.

Please keep the item and all original packaging while we review your claim.

Once we've received the information, we'll work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

For approved returns that are not the result of damage or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and packaging the item carefully in its original packaging. Returned items remain the purchaser's responsibility until they are safely received by Imaginary Meadows.

If your order arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us before returning anything. We'll work with you directly to arrange the appropriate next step.

Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know that it has arrived and confirm your refund.

Your refund will include the purchase price of the returned item as well as the original shipping charge paid when the order was placed. The cost of shipping the item back to Imaginary Meadows is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is the result of damage or an error on our part.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
