What if my floral arrangement arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our arrangements to ensure they arrive beautifully. However, if your floral arrangement arrives with damage, please let us know within 48 hours. With a photo of the item, we can assess the damage and will happily arrange for a free replacement on our next available delivery date. In some cases, we may choose to offer a full refund instead.
Can I return other products I've purchased?
Should you wish to return a product from our curated collection, please reach out to us to begin the process. As the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your peace of mind. We cherish your patronage and will work with you every step of the way to find a satisfactory outcome.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely, sometimes deliveries don't turn up. If your package is not delivered, please let us know. We'll work with the courier to confirm the non-delivery, and then we'll happily send a free replacement on our next available delivery date or issue a full refund.
When can I expect my refund?
If we've offered you a refund, we'll process it within 3 business days to ensure a swift return. Please keep in mind that your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the credit on your card. We appreciate your patience and thank you for your understanding.
