Every Imaginary Meadows order is prepared with care, whether it contains something created in our studio or a piece we've thoughtfully selected for your home.

We know that waiting for something special to arrive is part of the experience. From careful preparation and protective packaging to the moment your parcel reaches your door, our goal is to make its journey as considered as the piece inside.

Complimentary Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders of $100 or more.

For orders below the complimentary shipping threshold, available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Preparing Your Order

Many pieces at Imaginary Meadows require a little more care before beginning their journey.

Everlasting Florals and other delicate works are carefully prepared and packaged in our studio to protect them during transit. Other pieces may require packaging specific to their size, material, or construction.

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.

If a piece requires a different preparation time, this will be noted on its product page.

Packaging With Care

Every order is prepared using our Elite Packaging standards, with packaging selected according to the needs of the individual piece.

For our most delicate botanical work, this means protecting the arrangement so that it can travel without unnecessary contact or movement. Artwork, home objects, and other pieces are packaged according to their own requirements.

Where appropriate, your order will also include care information, Studio Notes, or a Certificate of Authenticity.

Delivery Within Canada

Imaginary Meadows is based in Ontario, Canada, and we ship throughout Canada.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Estimated delivery: 3 - 5 business days from the time it has been shipped.

Please remember that carrier delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping to the United States

We are pleased to ship Imaginary Meadows throughout the United States.

We believe receiving something special should be just as considered as choosing it. That's why we make the cross-border experience as simple and transparent as possible.

No Surprise Charges at Delivery
For U.S. orders, applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs fees are included in the prices shown on our website. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. There will be no additional duties or import charges due when your order arrives.

Simple Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your order and destination. Complimentary shipping is available on qualifying orders of $100 or more.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey from Imaginary Meadows to your home.

Local Delivery

Selected pieces may be available for local delivery only because of their size, weight, fragility, or construction.

When this applies, it will be clearly identified on the product page and the appropriate delivery options will appear at checkout.

Our studio is not open to the public, and any special pickup or delivery arrangements must be made in advance.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your parcel is on its way, we'll send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided with your order.

The confirmation will include tracking information whenever tracking is available.

Please allow a little time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

When Your Order Arrives

We take great care in preparing every Imaginary Meadows order for its journey. If something doesn't arrive as expected, please let us know as soon as possible.

A Note About Natural Materials

Many Imaginary Meadows pieces are made with real botanicals and other natural materials.

Variations in colour, texture, shape, and character are part of their nature and are not considered defects. These differences are part of what makes each piece individual.
