Gentle Refresh
Your arrangement will occasionally enjoy a light dusting. For this, we recommend using a hairdryer set to the coolest temperature and lowest speed to gently blow the dust away.

Damaged Upon Arrival
We take great care in packaging shipments to ensure they arrive beautifully. However, if your product arrives with damage, please let us know within 48 hours. With a photo of the item, we can assess the damage and will happily arrange for a free replacement on our next available delivery date. In some cases, we may choose to offer a full refund instead.
